When you order a MOTO piece, there is no shelf it comes off. Production starts after the order, in a small workshop in India, and takes one to two weeks before the piece ships with tracking. That is slower than a warehouse, and it is worth explaining why we chose it.
Holding stock means guessing. You guess the finish people will want, you order a container of it, and then you spend the next year discounting whatever you guessed wrong. Making to order removes the guess. It also means a finish or a size that only a handful of people want is still worth producing, which is the whole reason custom pieces exist in the shop.
The trade-off is honest and it cuts both ways. Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days. Custom and personalised pieces cannot, because they were made to one specification and there is no second buyer for them. So the sensible order is: message us first, confirm the size and finish, then order. We reply within 24 hours, and it is Milan replying, not a queue.
Delivery is free across India. Worldwide shipping is a flat 2,500 INR.
